Indian Cuisine is a combination of subtle tastes. The flavours are varied as the climate and people of Asia. Fragrant, pungent and warm spices, from all the Asian countries are delicately blended in meticulous proportions to create the dish we present to you. Each dish will have its own distinctive flavour and aroma which cannot come from any curry powder, but from spices which have to be specially prepared each day fresh for each individual dish.
All preparations that are cooked in the Tandoor are marinated in yoghurt together with a special blend of herbs and spices. This process seals in the goodness. The blending and preparation of spices is centuries old craft and indispensable to Indian Cuisine.

This place is amazing food is just out of this world. All staff are friendly and chatty. Nothing is to much trouble for any of them. Highly recommend you try this place. Book on weekends as it can be very busy
We visited the Raj Spice for the first time in a couple of years and could not fault anything. The food was so tasty and full of flavour and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about there menu and the dishes. The Executive Chef came to the table to speak with us, which is such a nice touch. We will definitely use this restaurant again and highly recommend it. My partner chose the Deluxe Chefs Surprise, which is where the chef makes dishes that are not on the menu.
I use this restaurant on a regular basis, and have never had a bad meal yet. Consistently very high standard of food. Very friendly and welcoming staff,with a particular mention for a waiter called must, who’s service made our meal. Will be returning as soon as possible. Definitely recommend.
